The following documents should be submited to the Russian Embassy or Consulate to obtain visa to enter Russia:
Photocopy of the vital information pages of your valid passport (showing Name, Birth Date, Passport Number, Expiration Date)
Russian Visa Application Form, completed and signed.
3 recent passport-type photographs.
For stay exceeding 3 months, or multi entry visa, a HIV test required.
Official invitation from an organization authorized to invite business visitors to Russia. The Invitation to Russia must be from the Russian Foreign Ministry or its regional representatives; The Ministry of Interior or its local offices; or other authorized Russian Agencies. The letter must contain: official seal and legal address of the agency, signature and name of official authorized to invite foreigners to Russia. The Embassy reserves the right to request the original invitation.

All invitations will be processed through the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. Official visa support will be faxed to you.
We will start processing your visa support on the same day if we receive documents before 12.00 p.m. (GMT+3), or they will go in processing the next business day.
To obtain your visa, present the official visa support at your local Russian Embassy or Consulate
for ORIGINAL invitations – we will send the original of invitation to you by fax, or by express mail (extra charge) to any country in the world
for TELEX – we will send the invitation directly to the Consulate by telex
